Many cam sites sell a monthly membership on top of tokens. Is it worth it?
What memberships include
- Badges or colours in chat.
- Private messaging or extra chat features.
- Ad-free browsing and better stream quality.
- Discounts or monthly bonus tokens on some sites.
Examples
Chaturbate has a supporter membership, Stripchat has Ultimate, and MyFreeCams gives premium status when you buy tokens. Perks change, so check the site.
Membership vs fan club
A membership covers the whole site. A fan club is for one performer. See fan clubs explained.
When it pays off
- You use the site several times a week.
- You want private messaging with performers.
- The bonus tokens equal what you would buy anyway.
When to skip
If you visit a few times a month, tokens alone are better value. Always check how to cancel; see cancelling a cam subscription.
