Chaturbate and Stripchat are the two names most people mean when they say free cam sites. Both are large public token grids. They are close enough that the choice comes down to small things.
The first page
Stripchat’s first page asked an age-and-interest question first, then opened the grid. Chaturbate rotates many welcome pages; some open straight into rooms, some show a login or age wall depending on country. Either way, both let you browse public rooms without paying.
The lobby
- Chaturbate: a dense, community-feeling grid where tip goals and room culture drive the show. Many languages, many long-running regulars.
- Stripchat: a polished grid with strong filtering by category and format, and a lot of toy and interactive rooms.
Paying
Both run on tokens, tips and privates. Compare the real price per token using our token guide; it depends on the pack you buy, not on the brand.
Who should pick which
- Pick Chaturbate if you like a busy room, tip goals and the feeling of a community.
- Pick Stripchat if you want to filter fast and find a specific kind of show.
