Most cam site purchases are final, but there are cases where you can get money back.
When a refund is likely
- A technical problem stopped the show you paid for.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- A subscription renewed after you cancelled.
- Someone used your account or card without permission.
When it is unlikely
- You spent tokens and changed your mind.
- The show was not what you hoped, but was what was described.
How to ask
- Contact the site’s support, not the performer.
- Give the date, amount and username.
- Explain the problem in a few sentences, with screenshots if you have them.
Chargebacks
A chargeback through your bank should be a last resort. Sites usually close accounts after a chargeback. Try support first.
Prevent problems
Use one card, check your statements and turn off auto-renew. Read how to cancel a cam subscription and discreet billing.
