Deleting a cam account takes a few more steps than pressing a button. Do it in this order.
1. Cancel paid plans
Cancel memberships and fan clubs first, or they may keep billing. See how to cancel a cam subscription.
2. Remove saved cards
Delete saved payment methods in your account settings.
3. Use unspent tokens
Unspent tokens are usually lost when you delete an account.
4. Delete the account
Look in account or privacy settings for “close account” or “delete account”. If you cannot find it, contact support.
5. Request data deletion
In many regions, including the EU and UK, you have the right to ask a company to delete your personal data. Write to the site’s privacy contact listed in its privacy policy.
6. Clean up
- Unsubscribe from emails, or delete the separate email address you used.
- Remove saved passwords and bookmarks.
