When you tip a performer, the money does not all reach them. Understanding the split helps you tip with your eyes open.
The share
Sites keep a share of every token or credit spent and pay the rest to the performer. The split varies by site, by performer level and by whether the performer works through a studio. It is commonly well under the full price you paid.
Studios
Some performers work independently; others work through studios that provide space and equipment and take a further cut. On many networks you can see “studio signup” links in the footer, as on SinParty.
Payouts
Performers are usually paid on a schedule, after a minimum balance, through bank transfer or payment services. Chargebacks and fraud can delay or reverse earnings.
What earns most
- Privates, because they are billed per minute.
- Regular tippers, who give a steady base. Being a regular.
- Extras such as photos, videos and custom content.
What it means for you
A small regular tip to someone you watch often helps more than a large one-off. And never pay outside the site: it puts the performer at risk. Scams to avoid.
